TUESDAY WORKSHOP: “Let’s Get Moving Through Science!”
Tuesdays | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Ages 10–13
Get ready to explore the wild wonders of science—and then bring that energy to life with movement! Each Tuesday, students dive into engaging, hands-on science lessons where they’ll build, experiment, discover, and think like real scientists. From erupting volcanoes and wild weather labs to engineering challenges and body system investigations, the excitement never stops.
But we don’t stop at the brain—we get the body moving too! After science, it’s time to bounce into action with Fit ball drumming, swim aerobics, and other fun, heart-pumping physical fitness routines that make PE just as exciting as the lab. Whether we’re learning about the lungs and then using them in cardio games, or studying gravity and defying it in obstacle relays—Tuesdays are all about full-body learning!
A healthy snack will be provided to keep brains fueled and bodies energized for all the action-packed learning and moving!
THURSDAY WORKSHOP: “History in Motion!”
Thursdays | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Ages 10–13
Travel through time and across continents every Thursday as we bring history and geography to life! Students will uncover the secrets of ancient civilizations, explore faraway lands, map global treasures, and recreate key moments from the past. These aren’t your typical textbook lessons—these are immersive journeys filled with storytelling, art, games, and team projects.
Then, it’s time to move like the ancients! After exploring the world’s cultures, students will stretch, jump, swim, and groove their way through dynamic physical education activities. From Olympic-style relays inspired by Ancient Greece, to pool play that ties in world geography, to drumming routines and international dance challenges, we’ll keep minds and muscles moving.
Each Thursday includes a healthy snack break to recharge and refresh students for all the historical adventures and high-energy physical fun!
